Well hello again, I'm back! I've been here for a week or so in the back ground tweaking the blog, giving it a new look to move forward with, So lets get things going with a late summer salad shall we? We are lucky enough to have a fig tree or two growing in the back garden, which has given me a few lovely juicy figs this September, perfect for making a late summer salad to try and extend the feeling of sunshine and summer before the nights start to draw in.
Figs
Fresh green salad leaves
Parma Ham
Feta Cheese or mozzarella
Salad dressing or a drizzle of olive oil
crusty bread.
