One of these days I'm going to get to around trying this. I think it's a great idea for renter's who can't change the colour or hammer any nails into the wall for pictures etc. For a splash of colour, you could always paint or cover the board in some lovely fabric. I also like the added idea of clamping a spotlight on the side of it for extra lighting.
