Yes, I'm taking a trip to visit our sister Island of Guernsey, and by all accounts, it's going to be a scorcher of a week! So beaches here we come! In the mean time while I'm away, how about checking out some great summer food recipes to try out.
This is a nice light lunch Avocado and roast chicken bruschetta very refreshing in this lovely warm weather, (currently Jersey is reaching 30 degrees!)
If you are planning a bbq then how about this lovely Herby chicken and lime with refreshing herbs and lime.
If you have children you might want to try this out with them for a summer picnic idea, simple custard and raspberry tarts, yum yum!
