Nothing says Autumn like a bowl full of porridge does it, particularly if it's topped off with some colourful autumn Fruit. I prefer gluten free porridge these days, as I have a delicate tummy, the good things about gluten free porridge is that it is just as good for you as regular porridge. Today I'm trying out Almond Milk as an alternative to cows milk, and to be honest, it tastes pretty darn good!
