As far as interiors go, this time of year is probably my favourite time of year because all the Spring/Summer trends start to appear  providing us with new and fresh inspiration for renewing the space we live in. 

B&Q recently held their  spring/Summer 2014 press day and the buzz amongst the bloggers is that the New Baltic Summer collection is a big hit.

Inspired by the fresh, neutral aspects of coastal living, Baltic Summer is B&Q's style house story for spring/summer 2014,  Combining nautical patterns with deckchair-style stripes, rope detailing and red, white and blue palettes, this collection is the perfect way to bring the outdoors into any room.  I can't wait to see it  all in store soon, and the star shape rug is on my list of things to check out.
